Customized IP67 high-end sealed waterproof junction box. This product is made of high-strength ABS, PC, refractories and UV additive materials. It has a beautiful appearance and is suitable for various places at home and abroad, with good explosion-proof performance and flame-retardant performance; some of them are also suitable for working environments with high heat and sparks. The thickness of the product is 30% thicker than that of imported boxes, with a semi-permanent life; the thinnest part of the wall thickness is not less than 3mm, and the impact strength is IK07. The net weight only accounts for about 1/4 of an iron box, which is convenient for handling and operation. The box body and cover with good insulation are fixed with four plastic screws that are not easy to fall off; the optional metal hanging feet can also be directly fixed on the wall through the installation holes at the lower part of the box body. With strict quality inspection, good waterproof and dust-proof effect is ensured, which is suitable for the installation of multiple models of electrical switches, terminals and guide rails; some boxes are equipped with plastic middle plates. Material: high-quality thermoplastic ABS, or (PC) polycarbonate, or selected per customer requirements, non-corrosive, good insulation. Certification: the product has passed CE certification, environmental protection, flame retardant material certification, and waterproof grade IP66 certification. Flame retardant capacity: V0; it can be directly fixed on the wall through the installation hole at the bottom of the box body; there is a boss for the installation of circuit board or DIN rail elements and its own copper wiring nuts inside; it can be opened at will according to customer needs, with waterproof joints.
