These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by Zhejiang Yomin Electric Co., Ltd. to its global customers.

1. Agreement

By requesting a quote or placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. Any variations to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Yomin Electric.

2. Pricing & Quotes

All prices provided in quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude VAT, local duties, and taxes unless DDP terms are specifically agreed upon. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant raw material or currency fluctuations before order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for international orders are 30% T/T deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. For established partners, alternative terms such as L/C may be discussed.

4. Delivery & Risk

Delivery terms are typically FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai) or CIF, as specified in the Proforma Invoice. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier at the port of departure.

5. Product Warranty

We provide a 2-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects for all energy metering and voltage protection equipment. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, grid surges beyond specified limits, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any supply agreements are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. International trade disputes will be resolved through arbitration or negotiation in good faith.
